Membership Terms and Conditions

A. Membership

 

1. In order to be part of Shoes Laundry Bar by Once Haus Enterprise. (hereinafter refer to as “the Company” or “Shoes Laundry Bar by Once Haus Enterprise”) SLB membership card, customer is required to complete the application form on google forms and pay a prescribed processing fee.

 

2. Applicants must be 18 years old or above to apply for SLB membership card.

 

3. Upon presentation of the SLB membership card, the member is entitled to a 50% discount on Standard Clean Service and 30% discount on Deep Clean Service.

 

4. SLB membership cardholder himself/herself can share to their friends and family member to enjoy the membership privilege. SLB membership card must be presented before payment of each purchase in order to enjoy the special discount.

 

5. SLB membership is valid for a lifetime. No renewal is required.

 

6. The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate the card at any time without prior notice and without assigning any whatsoever reasons and the cardholder shall have no claims whatsoever against Shoes Laundry Bar by Once Haus Enterprise.

 

7. For lost or damaged of the SLB membership card, the cardholder may go to our physical store to seek for a replacement and a replacement fee will be imposed.

 

8. For any change of personal information, the SLB member must write in to inform our staff by WhatsApp or email to onusshoecare@gmail.com, or by calling our store contact number at 0168224874 within our business hour.

 

9. Shoes Laundry Bar by Once Haus Enterprise reserves the right to use and utilize the database information for any marketing or promotional purposes.

 

10. Shoes Laundry Bar by Once Haus Enterprise reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. Any dispute arises on the application or use of SLB membership card shall be solely determined by Shoes Laundry Bar By Once Haus Enterprise, and all decisions shall be final.
